On-Date Delivery Promise

We understand how important it is for you to get your items delivered on-date, specially the ones ordered for birthdays, celebrations or festivals. These are date specific items and should reach on date provided by you or else they cannot be used until next year or may be never. Hence, we have come out with On Date Delivery Promise which is our promise to you that our items would be delivered before or on the date specified by you. The good news is that it is applicable for both Prepayment and COD orders.

Here are couple of steps you need to follow:

• While you make your purchase and you are on the checkout page, please mention the date when you would want your items to be delivered.
• Do make sure that you put your communication details clearly like email ID, Shipping / Delivery address and most importantly your pin code.
• Our usual delivery time is 3-5 days of shipping for both prepaid and COD orders, so please make sure that you give us that much lead time for the delivery.
• For all COD orders you would be contacted as usual by our customer representative.
• You letting us know the date of the delivery in Special Instructions is a MUST so that we follow the date and align our staff accordingly.
• Please make sure that someone is always at home for the delivery, in case of any absence you need to intimate well in advance so that we arrange the delivery.

How your order is delivered?

Depending upon the order type (Pre-paid or a COD order) the courier company tags the order and routes it to different departments.

1) Pre-paid Orders -  If its a Pre-paid order then there are very less steps involved for your order to reach you since the payment is already made. Its more like demonstrated below.

Your Order Placed > We Package and Ship > Our Logistics Partner sends order to destination > Order is delivered

2) Cash On Delivery Orders -  In case of Cash On Delivery orders, the steps in case for your order to reach you. Here are the steps for your knowledge.

Your Order Placed > Our Customer Care calls for confirmation > We Package and Ship > Our Logistics Partner delivers order to destination COD Team > COD Process of calling and verification begins > Depending upon individual and payment availability the item is sent > If the cash or someone to pick up is not available then the order comes back > The process of you following up with us or the logistic partner starts > Your Order is delivered only when cash, or someone to pick up is available.
