International Shipping

All Orders placed at www.DhoDhamaka.com are normally shipped within one or two business days after receiving the order. The order reaches you between 10-12 business days at the most.

All the orders are shipped from India. We ship to all over the World which includes the countries like USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Singapore, France, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, etc. Please note that we do not ship to Middle East. 

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number. 
Please note that residential shipments to USA and some other countries will be left at door if there is no one to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not have pick-ups on those days. 

Shipment and Tracking details 
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail. 

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. 

VAT & Custom Duties 

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. 

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Limitations of international delivery

For products shipped internationally, please note that the any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals may not be in the destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Returns & Replacements policy

If the product is defective, damaged or lost in transit, DholDhamaka.com will replace the products at no additional charge to international customers. In other cases, we do not offer returns and replacements at this time. Also, Returns are only valid if you inform us within 15 days of receiving your order.
